Scroll Test is a small, static, single-purpose diagnostic: it listens to your browser's standard wheel events while a test area is active, and reports what it observed — event counts, directions, and delta units — in plain language.

• No backend. The site is a static build; there is no server receiving your input.
• No accounts, no uploads. Runs and preferences (theme, language, saved runs) live only in your browser's local storage.
• No invented metrics. No health scores, no polling-rate claims, no fault guarantees.

It is a screening aid, not a repair service and not a warranty verdict. If a mouse misbehaves everywhere — across apps, browsers, and machines — that pattern matters more than any single timed run here.
